Qualifying stays for purposes of Penn Wells Rewards are those booked directly with the Penn Wells whether by phone, email, or through the website. Commissionable room reservations, including those on third party websites to which a commission is due do not qualify.
Members are awarded a $50 gift card that can be redeemed at the Penn Wells Restaurant, Café 1905, and Arcadia Theatre when they record $2,500 in lodging costs at The Penn Wells Hotel and Lodge in a 2-year period, not including taxes and gratuities. A member will be notified when this Reward is earned, and gift cards will be mailed to the Member’s address associated with their Rewards account.
Members are not guaranteed the ability to book a room for Dickens of a Christmas weekend. If rooms become available, all Rewards members will simultaneously be sent notice of the opportunity to book a room, and the first to book will receive the room.
The Loyalty Member Rate is a preferred rate available only to Rewards Members. The Loyalty rate may not be available at all times, but when it is available it will be lower than our standard room rates available to the general public, discounts offered exclusively to members of travel clubs or similar groups, and rates made available to the general public on third party websites. Members will receive rewards credit for qualifying stays whether or not the room is booked using the Loyalty Member Rate.
Members may be eligible for Special Rate Rewards in the form of a discount code. Penn Wells Reward discount certificates expire one year from the date issued. Reservations must be booked in advance on the website to apply reward certificate codes.
Reward offers cannot be combined with any other offer or discount and are not available for existing reservations or groups; cannot be applied to package rates, holidays, group reservations, or special rate weekends including, but not limited to, Columbus Day Weekend, Dickens of a Christmas, Christmas on Main Street, and Laurel Festival Weekend; and cannot be transferred or redeemed as cash.
